Why do ETPN members get free registration?
ETPN2024 is the 18th annual event of the European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine. As part of the benefits of being an ETPN member is getting free registration to our annual event, including all sessions and social events.
My organisation is an ETPN member, how many colleagues can register?
As many as you wish! The two first delegates registration for ETPN2024 from your organization will get free of charge registration. Any additional guest will be charged at the preferential price of 199€ for the whole event.
Do You offer student discounts?
Yes we do! PhD Students are offered a special discounted registration fee at 199€ instead of 449€ for regular tickets (upon provision of up-to-date student ID and/or letter from the supervisor).
Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
Unfortunately not. ETPN2024 registration fees has been chosen in order to encourage all kinds of stakeholders with interest in Nanomedicine and emerging MedTech to join, from young academic students to industry. Large groups discounts might be discussed. Contact us!
How to become an ETPN member?
Nothing simpler! ETPN members are legal organizations. Just click here, follow the procedure and benefit from free registration for ETPN2024.
What is your refund policy?
No cancellation fees apply up to 1 month before ETPN2024 (May 10, 2024). If you cancel your registration less than one month before ETPN2024, full amount has to be paid.
COVID-19 special conditions
No cancellation fees will apply, if you’re not allowed to travel or attend ETPN2024 due to government travel restrictions and advisories. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
